How do I report an issue to an admin?

Users can report issues directly to an admin, such as facility management. Learn how to do this here.

Note: Depending on your organization's preferences, this option may be disabled. If you have any questions, please contact your admins.

Where can I find the new reporting issues feature? 

Users can find the newly integrated "Report an issue" button via booking the table, the live plan or their selected bookings.

While Booking:

How do I use the reporting issues feature?

After clicking on the "Report an issue" button, you can describe the issue using three different parameters. 

  1. Type of issue the user experiences (eg. technical, software...)
  2. Name of the issue
  3. Description of the issue

After clicking "send", the issue is then reported to an admin and/or facility management.
