In your Flexopus profile, you can set your password, personal data, language, notifications, vehicles and profile visibility. Learn more about your setting options in this article.
Under "Settings" you can, among other things, manage your password, make settings for notifications, maintain your personal Flexopus profile, or add a vehicle. You will find the settings in the menu on the left side of the Flexopus application.
Profile
Under "Profile" you can add relevant information about you and your function in the company or add a new vehicle to your account. By default, your profile is visible throughout the company. You can find more information on this at Hide profile.
Tipp: For example, if you are a first aider, we recommend that you note this in the "About me" field so that your colleagues can find you.
Note: You cannot change your name and email address if Flexopus obtains the data from an identity provider. Contact your company administrator about this.
Click "Save" after making changes.
Password
Under "Password" you can change your personal password. Confirm your change by clicking on "Save".

Preferences
If you would like to use Flexopus in another language, you can change this here. Simply select the desired language in the dropdown and then click on "Save".
Notification settings
Make changes with the help of the slider:
"Push notifications" you can determine whether you want to receive push notifications for this device.
"Booking notifications" you can determine whether you would like to receive an e-mail confirmation with a calendar entry after a successful booking.
Note: Depending on your companies preferences, this option may be disabled or no calendar entries may be included in the booking notifications. If you have any questions, please contact your company administrator.
"Check-in notifications" you can determine whether you will be notified when check-in is available.
Note: Depending on your companies settings, a check-in may be required at the start time of your booking or your company may choose not to use this function.
Save your changes by clicking on "Save".
Hide profile
Your profile is visible throughout the company, but you have the option of making your profile (temporarily) invisible with the "Hide profile" slider. This means that your colleagues will not be able to find you via the search function or in the booking overviews.
Note: Depending on your companies settings, your profile may be automatically hidden or you may not have the rights to hide your profile. If you have any questions, please contact your company administrator.
Add vehicle
To be able to book a parking space, you must specify a vehicle in the profile settings. Here you can enter your vehicle into the system by entering the name and license plate number of your vehicle.
Save changes and logout
If you have made changes to your Flexopus account, confirm them by clicking on "Save". In addition, you have the option to log out of your Flexopus account in the settings.
