What is the best way to inform new users?

Flexopus offers several ways to create new users:

• Via SSO: If Microsoft or Google or another SSO-Provider is set up, users* can log in directly with the unlocked account provider.
• Own user accounts: If you manage the user accounts yourself, we recommend creating new user accounts in the admin area. The user can then reset his/her own password using the forgotten password function. Alternatively, you can also assign a password directly or send the password-forgotten email directly yourself in the admin area.
