      How do I sign in to my Flexopus account?

      The following article will explain how to log in to your Flexopus instance.

      If you have been registered as a user in the system by your system administrator, you can immediately use Flexopus to book meeting rooms, home office and your work or parking space. All you need to do is log in to the application.

      Sign in

      1. Open your Flexopus URL in the internet browser (usually companyname.flexopus.com/login).
      2. Enter the email address by which you're registered.
      3. Enter your personal password.
      4. Click on "Sign in".

      If your company has set up SSO, then you also have the option of logging in via the selected SSO provider, such as Microsoft or Google. You can find the buttons below the login form.

      If the wrong password is entered five times, the account will be locked for 60 seconds.
