How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password or got a new account from your admin? This article explains step by step how to reset your password.

Under the login form of your Flexopus instance you will find the "Forgot password?" function. You can use this function to have a reset link sent to the e-mail address you have entered. Alternatively, your company administrator can give you a new password.

Reset password

  1. Call up your Flexopus URL (usually companyname.flexopus.com/login) and click on "Forgot password?"
  2. Enter your e-mail address. Your e-mail address must already be present in the system.
  3. You will now receive an email to reset your password to the email address you provided. Please also check your spam folder if necessary. Click on the link in the e-mail to reset your personal password.
  4. Now continue with the sign-on process as normal.

Our password policy:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least on number
  • Password is not compromised

Note: If you have forgotten your registration email address or your email address has not yet been created in the system, please contact your company administrator.
