How do I manage issues from users as an admin?

Users have the option of reporting defects and problems at the workplace directly to an admin or facility management. Find out how to use the reporting feature as an admin.

Where can I find the new reported issues feature in Flexopus?

As soon as you log in to the admin area, there is a new tab under "Locations > Issues". Here you will receive a detailed overview of which workstations have been reported and what status the respective workstation has. Optionally, the email address of the facility management can be stored in the general settings of the building. This means that the report will also be sent to the stored email address.

  • View issues
    • Reports can be viewed by clicking on the arrow
    • View details: Who created the report, when and how
    • History: All actions performed are logged (opened, closed, notes left)
  • Change status
    • Reports can be closed and reopened in this screen
  • Add notes
    • Information/notes can be added to the reporting in this screen. These are saved in the report history
