How do I evaluate data?

Use the analytical functions to evaluate data from Flexopus.

Important: Depending on the anonymisation setting, user data is anonymised. The analysis does not take place at user level. Bookings of deleted or archived users are also taken into account in the analyses.

Dashboard

You can find analysis functions under the 'Analytics' tab in the admin area.

First select the building plan to be evaluated.
Then select the time period to be evaluated using the start and end dates.
You will now receive various evaluations and statistics:

Utilisation of the objects: How many of your objects were free, occupied or blocked in the period in question? Which objects were booked the most and which the least?

Total utilisation: Sum of all active bookings per day. Includes weekends.

Heatmap: Here you can see the utilisation of each individual object in percent. The green colour corresponds to a high utilisation and is to be seen as positive in terms of utilisation. The red colour corresponds to a low utilisation and is bad.

Evaluation in Excel

You can export your booking data for independent evaluation in Excel, for example. In Excel, for example, the booking data can be compared in a Pivot table.
