Flexopus offers the possibility of making people with special roles (e.g. first aiders) easier to find.
Creation of an appropriate user group
To use this functionality, first create a corresponding user group in the admin area under Users > Groups.
Add all users here who are to be found via the group.
Note: User groups are hidden by default and must be enabled in the group settings. Otherwise they cannot be found by users.
Search for the user group
In the Flexopus user area, click on 'Search > User search'. Then click on 'Show filter options'.
You can use the lowest filter option to filter by a user group. You can also set whether all users in the group should be displayed or only those who have an active booking.
