How can I create cost centers in Flexopus?

Evaluate cost centers
In contrast to the assignable personal data, cost centers remain unaffected by the anonymization of bookings.
You can find an overview of the bookings made in the admin area under "Bookings" > "All bookings". Here you can use the filter icon to filter by cost center as well as other filter options. If desired, you can also use the download icon to download the current booking list in XLSX or CSV format for further evaluation.
Create /manage cost centers manually (in Flexopus)
To create a cost center, navigate to "Users" in the admin area. There you can create and save a new cost center under "Cost centers". In the next step, you can add new users to the cost center.
Please note that only one cost center can be assigned to an employee.
Manually link user profiles with cost centers (in Flexopus)
You can also view the cost centers for individual users. To do this, please go to the admin area and select the desired user under "Users" > "All users". There you can view and manage the user's assigned cost center.
Create, synchronize and externally manage cost centres with SCIM
You can also automatically synchronize cost centres from Active Directory to Flexopus using our SCIM interface.

SCIM "System for Cross-domain Identity Management" is an "open standard" for the automated provisioning of user accounts. The standard was developed in 2011 when it became apparent that the cloud would become the technology of the future. SCIM mediates user identity data between identity providers and service providers that require this data (e.g. for enterprise SaaS applications). User profiles, groups and cost centers can be synchronized through SCIM.
Create, synchronize and externally manage cost centres using SAML2
Cost centers can also be automatically synchronized using SAML2 to Flexopus using another attribute mapping. IDP Examples: ADFS, KeyCloak.
Special cost center "default"
By default, there is always a cost center called "default", which is automatically assigned to all users. You cannot delete this and users cannot be removed from this cost center.
