      Changing the Flexopus subdomain

      The subdomain can be changed by the Flexopus support team on request. The following things must be considered:

      Existing users must be informed that the domain must be changed:

      1. Change the Flexopus-URL in the Android/iOS-App. 

      2. Change the Flexopus-URL in Microsoft Teams. 

      Change of the Flexopus-URL in the Android/iOS-App

      1. Logging out of the mobile App

        • Click on the cogwheel symbol at the top right. 
        • The user profile opens, scroll all the way down.
        • Click "log-out".

      2. Change Flexopus URL

        • The login screen appears with the current URL (e.g. demo.flexopus.com) below it.
        • Click on the URL and an input window will open.
        • Enter the new URL in this input field and click on "Save".
      3. Log in to the Flexopus app
        • Log in with the Flexopus login data or via SSO.

       

      Change the Flexopus-URL in Microsoft Teams

      1. Log out of the Microsoft-Teams app

        • Navigate to the "Settings" tab and the user profile will open.
        • Click on "Log out" on this page.

      2. Change Flexopus URL

        • Click on "Connect to Flexopus".
        • The browser opens an input window for the new Flexopus URL.
        • Enter the new URL and confirm with "Save".

      3. Log in to Flexopus

        • The Flexopus login screen appears.
        • Log in with your own Flexopus login data or via SSO.
        • Forwarding to the Teams Flexopus app is automatic.
