In the detailed view of the floor plans you can manage the objects individually or with the help of the bulk editor. To do this, open the bulk editor in the self-service map editor.
You can make the following settings here:
- Object status (flexible, blocked)
- User Groups
In this tab, you can make certain workplaces, parking spaces or meeting rooms accessible only to certain groups of people.

- Tags & Equipments - Tip: Manage important properties of your object here, e.g. for workplaces "height-adjustable table", "docking station" etc. or for meeting rooms "whiteboard", "beamer" etc.. This enables your users to find their way around better and to find the right object for you.
- Objekt-E-Mail - sends booking confirmations to the e-mail address stored here (no booking confirmation is sent to the person(s) making the booking).
