How do I create bookings for guests?

This feature makes it even easier to welcome guests by assigning them a workspace and sending them an informational email.

Note: Depending on your company's preferences, this option may be disabled. If you have any questions, please contact your company administrator.

The function "Book for a guest" can be found on the booking overview of your Flexopus instance.

After you have clicked on "Book for a guest", a window opens in which the name and the e-mail address of the guest are required. Optionally, the reason for the visit can be entered here.

Then follow the regular booking process, just as you would book for yourself.

Selection of the object → selection of date and time → selection of floor and workstation.

After confirming the booking, the guest receives an email with an overview of the workstation booked for him. In addition, the guest is informed who created the booking for him.

The guest can use the "See Details" button to view the exact information as well as the location of the booking.

Manage guest bookings

The respective creator can manage the guest bookings made in the booking overview in the "Guests" tab.

Check-in for guest bookings
If the check-in feature is activated, then guest bookings still do not have to be checked in and do not expire.
