      What additional modules are available?

      With the additional modules you can extend the functionality of Flexopus

      Integration of Single Sign-On (SSO)

      SSO integration of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft ADFS, Shibboleth, or other SAML2.0 providers is possible.

      Advantages

      • Users can log in using their known access and do not have to remember a new password.
      • The user administration can take place externally.

      Microsoft Exchange Integration (Outlook)

      Microsoft Exchange integration can be implemented using the Microsoft Graph API. This allows resources to be synchronized directly with Microsoft (Outlook).

      Advantages

      • Flexopus uses the Microsoft Exchange database and thus avoids inconsistent data.
      • Users can decide for themselves whether they want to book with Flexopus or Outlook.

      Microsoft Teams Integration

      The integration with MS Teams is available free of charge in the official Teams App Library. It can be easily installed for both the desktop and mobile app.

      Advantages

      • Flexopus can be linked with Microsoft Teams to make hybrid working even more effortless and seamless.
      • Users can enjoy the full Flexopus user experience in their familiar MicrosoftTeams environment.

      QR-Code-Use

      The use of QR codes enables check-in/check-out as well as quick booking of an object on site. The shipping of QR code stickers is included.

      Advantages

      • The users are reminded about Flexopus by the sticker directly at the seat.
      • The users get an additional possibility to book or check in a seat.

      Display App

      Our display apps offer electronic doorplates to display room occupancy and also enable kiosk systems for ad-hoc meeting room bookings. Meeting titles and participants are deliberately not displayed in order to keep personal data private.

      Advantages

      • Users can see the current availability of meeting rooms at a glance.
      • In addition, spontaneous bookings allow even greater flexibility and optimize the use of meeting rooms.

      External domain

      If you want to use an individual, own domain like flexopus.mycompany.com, then you can order this module additionally. By default you get a flexopus subdomain like mycompany.flexopus.com.

      Advantages

      • The own preferred domain can be used, so that in case of restrictive networks the Flexopus subdomain does not have to be unlocked.
