      Flexopus is a joint SaaS product of Banauten GmbH from Stuttgart and Apicore Engineering GmbH from Friedrichshafen. Banauten is a digital consulting company from Stuttgart with many years of experience in the field of digitization of companies. Apicore are experts in the field of software development and infrastructure and complement the Flexopus team with experienced software developers.

      Flexopus is a cloud application and can be accessed using a browser. No installation is required for the application. We ensure that Flexopus can be integrated into your existing IT infrastructure and find exactly the solution that fits your company.

      Intuitive booking process and easy to use

      In three steps to a shared desk, meeting room or parking space. Simply select the period and the desired location with the suitably equipped object and book. Flexopus can be used on a smartphone, tablet or PC. The application is optimised for multiple screen resolutions.

      GDPR compliant & hosted in Germany

      Our measures are audited annually by our data protection officer in accordance with the regulations of the GDPR. The app is hosted in Germany by the company Hetzner Online GmbH. Our app complies with all guidelines of the Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand e.V. and ensures that your data is secure.
